How does MiniBarPay make money?

No hidden numbers. You pay only when a guest actually orders and pays.

01 · Commission on payments
We earn on successfully paid orders
We take a percentage of each successfully paid order — 12% on Free, 5% on Business. Minimum commission is US$0.45 per order. If the guest doesn't pay, neither do you.
02 · Subscription
Subscription — optional, for lower commission
The monthly subscription (Pro / Business) is voluntary. It lowers the commission and unlocks more rooms, users and features. Most hotels start on Free and upgrade when it starts to pay off.
03 · Stripe included
Stripe fees come out of our commission
We pay the Stripe processing fee from our commission, not yours. No two invoices, no hidden numbers — you always know exactly what's left for you.
Payments partner

Guest payments go through Stripe Connect straight from the payment gateway to your bank account. MiniBarPay never touches the money.

No. MiniBarPay runs as a web app – the guest just scans the QR code with the phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. Works on both iPhone and Android.
Creating an account and basic setup of rooms and products usually takes 15–30 minutes. Stripe Connect onboarding adds about another 10 minutes depending on document verification.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Money goes directly to your bank account via Stripe Connect. The platform commission (per your plan) is deducted automatically before payout.
Yes. Upgrades are immediate, downgrades apply from the next billing period. No commitments, no cancellation fees.
Both the guest and admin sides support 22 European languages (Czech, English, Polish, German, Slovak, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Slovenian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian). The language is auto-detected and can be switched manually.
Any time from the admin. You can export your data as CSV. The account is deactivated immediately, no notice period.
